Reqional peculiarity of infantile and perinatal mortality

Abstract

There are studying dynamics of parameters infantile and perinatal mortality in Republic Bashkortostan for 1998-2008. Decrease perinatal (on 57,9%) and infantile (on 43,5%) losses is caused first by reduction of children's death rate on the first week of life (on 69,0%). There are advancing growth early neonatal in comparison with postnatal mortality and low rate of the loss mortality of children in the age of about one year from the external reasons.
