La formación de equipos de coordinación para el desarrollo curricular de los grados: el programa ehundu de la UPV/EHU
Abstract
La adecuación al EEES y a las políticas estatales en materia de desarrollo de los currículos formativos y de la acreditación de los títulos, conducen al Vicerrectorado de Calidad e Innovación a clarificar su modelo educativo (IKD: Aprendizaje Cooperativo y dinámico) y a diseñar programas formativos e institucionales que lo apoyen. Entre ellos, el contrato-programa ehundu, objeto de este artículo. Consta de un documento de compromiso que asume cada centro universitario, concretando sus objetivos anuales para el desarrollo de los grados en relación al modelo IKD. Establece dos modalidades de formación: a) seminarios inter centros, orientados a la formación de equipos de coordinación de título y de curso y/o módulo, a fin de consolidar los equipos docentes de los centros y, b) asesoría individualizada dirigida a los centros universitarios. Y, cada centro asume la autogestión formativa de su profesorado, detectando necesidades y desarrollando las acciones formativas, divulgativas y de intercambio que considere oportunas para impulsar los grados. La puesta en marcha de este programa ha tenido un impacto formativo en la realidad global de la UPV/EHU. El artículo presenta resultados, de naturaleza cuantitativa, sobre el mismo, en cuanto a equipos de coordinación acreditados, a equipos docentes en funcionamiento y tomando decisiones curriculares, al tipo de temáticas sobre las que se ha trabajado, al número de acciones formativas llevadas a cabo por los centros universitarios y al profesorado participante en ellos. Los resultados evidencian que ehundu al reforzar el liderazgo consigue un empoderamiento de los responsables de la coordinación en los centros universitarios y de los equipos docentes.ABSTRACTThe training of coordinators teams for curriculum development of degrees: ehundu program of the University of the Basque Country.The adaptation to the European Higher Education and the state policies on development of training curriculum and accreditation of degrees leads to the university commission for the Quality and Innovation to clarify its educational model (IKD: Cooperative and Dynamic Learning) and to design training and institutional programs to support it. Between them, is the program-contract called ehundu, target of this article. This program has a compromise document that is assumed by each university center, specifying annual targets for the development of the degrees in relation with IKD model. It establishes two types of training: a) seminars with different centers to consolidate the coordination teams (degree, course and module) in each center, and b) individual advice directed to universities centers. And, each center assumes the self-management of the training of the teachers, identifying needs and developing formative, communicating, and exchange that considers appropriate to boost the degrees. The implementation of this program has had a formative impact on the global reality of the UPV / EHU. The article presents results, of a quantitative nature, about coordination teams accredited, teams of teachers working and taking curricular decisions, type of subject worked, the number of training activities conducted by the centers, and the teachers who has participated in them. The results show that ehundu gets an empowerment from the responsible of the coordination in the centers and teaching teams, because it reinforces the leadership.
