The learning environment can be defined as an artificially built system, the structure and components of which create the necessary conditions for achieving the goals of the educational process. The learning environment includes: - student-group component; - a teacher's component; - a system of teaching aids. Such teaching aids as a teacher's personal computer and students' personal computers, as well as educational computer programs form a material component of the learning environment and participate in learning activities. Together with modern information learning technologies, they have the function of the means of activity of participants in the learning process - the student and the teacher. Modern information technologies provide students in the process of physics education with a wide range of opportunities for conducting experiments, revealing regularities in nature, and systematizing the observed facts.
