EFEKTIVITAS PEMBELAJARAN NUMBERED HEADS TOGETHER UNTUKMENGEMBANGKAN KETERAMPILAN BEKERJASAMA
Abstract
In this globalization era that characterized by science and technology and the opening of the free market requires mastery of soft skills’ support. Collaborative skill is one of the essential soft skills for students so that they can cooperate in a team to achieve goals and competition. NHT as one part of a clump of cooperative learning is deemed able to lead the learners to develop the skills of working together. The purpose of this study determines the effectiveness of the NHT to develop cooperation skills. This research uses experimental design with the subject is a fourth-grade students in the district Candisari Semarang. The results showed that the NHT is more effective than conventional cooperate in developing the skills of students in top schools and regular. The p-value of the learning model factor = 0.00; factor type of school = 0,003; and the interaction between them 0.25 so it concluded that the learning model and the type of school effect on students’ collaboration skills. Further test results of t tests showed that one-on-one skills of students in the learning NHT cooperate better than conventional.
