Ho Chi Minh thoughts on laws and Vietnam’s current socialist legal system

Abstract

Ho Chi Minh thoughts on laws are results of selective inheritance and development of human cultural quintessence in the Vietnamese situation. They play an important part in state and social management, showing democracy closely attaching to morality and nationalism. They need conditions to be implemented. The article mentions some matters on factors affecting the establishment and basic contents of Ho Chi Minh thoughts and also put forward the viewpoint on the application of the thoughts in the present reform process of Vietnam in order to enhance socialist legal system.
