The purpose of the study was to develop the content of the program for the psychological and pedagogical support of teachers experiencing a professional personality crisis and an assessment of the effectiveness of this program. Method and methodology of the work. The system methodology was the following: systemic, synergistic, contextual, historical-evolutionary, phenomenological approaches. Results. The results of an empirical study of the phenomenology of experiencing a professional personality crisis have shown that for most of the subjects a professional personality crisis is a situation where a new reality of professional activity and the current inner semantic reality of life collide. These findings became the basis for the development of a program of psychological and pedagogical support for teachers experiencing a professional personality crisis. The developed program was implemented on a group of teachers, proved its effectiveness. Practical implications: the results obtained are practical in nature, they may be of interest to teachers, psychologists and heads of educational organizations in the framework of the organization of the activities of the psychological education service.
