Abstract

The number of documents: traditional and digital is constantly growing. This circumstance creates problems for companies and private people. Archiving of digital documents is underestimated in legal and commercial circulation. Many users assume that it is enough to use simple storing of files on digital carriers. This report discusses the differences between storage of files and archiving of digital documents. The author presents tools for archiving of digital documents and benefits of this practice.
