The article deals with a rare clinical case of a combination of corrected transposition of the great vessels with ventricular septal defect, pulmonary valve stenosis, abnormal position of the heart and visceral inversion in an adolescent. Terminology, diagnostic techniques of this anomaly are considered. Morphological features of the recognition of the heart chambers, nature of hemodynamics are described. Article demonstrates the natural course of congenital heart disease in a patient and is of interest for pediatricians and pediatric cardiologists.
