Is hofstede’s culture theory only studied at cross–culture level?

Abstract

To understand levels of empirical studies of Hofstede’s culture theory, building a logical research framework for Hofstede’s culture theory. This article indicates a general view of empirical studies of Hofstede’s culture theory at three levels: Cross-culture, subculture and individual level. This result will brings a methodogical treatise for cultural studies
