Postpartum Spinal Osteoporoza Bağlı Vertebra Kırıkları: Bel Ağrısının Nadir Bir Nedeni

Abstract

Postpartum spinal osteoporosis (PPSO) is a rare disease entity presenting with back/low back pain and is characterized by osteoporosis during late pregnancy or puerperium. It generally leads to one or more vertebral fractures. Herein, we present a young female patient who had multiple vertebral compression fractures due to PPSO in the postpartum period.
