Educational management has increasingly demanded creativity and reflection aimed at the design of new possibilities for the teaching and learning process. We need to address the interaction needs between content, learning environment and student training, mediated by Technologies of Information and Communication Technologies (TIC). This articulation requires rethinking practices in the classroom, mainly re-locating the relational activity of learners and educators, in front of the technological innovations that allow learning.
