Abstract

In this paper the authors present the characteristics of cloud computing in the context of the possibility of implementing not only by large but also by small and micro enterprises. Article provides information about the most popular cloud computing platforms. The authors also drew attention to, among others, aspects such as the ability to protect the environment through the use of cloud services.
