Unattachable property and bankruptcy proceedings

In the bankruptcy proceedings continues in force, with certain exceptions, the article 1.911 of the Civil Code, rule that represents the base of the responsibility of the debtor with all his present and future goods. Proof of these exceptions initially general of universal responsibility for debts they are the article 76.2 of the Bankruptcy Act, which prevents that the goods of the debtor that have the consideration of unattachable could form a part of the assets, and the article 47 of above-mentioned legal text, which foresees that debtor natural person who is in state of necessity could perceive food during the processing financed from the assets to satisfy his needs and those of his family.
