DUTY OF THE FOUNDATION OF JUDICIAL DECISIONS (EXEMPT FROM ARTICLE 489, § 1, OF THE CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE OF 2015)

Abstract

The present article proposes to approach the reasoning of judicial decisions and the necessity of paradigm change with the entry of the Code of Civil Procedure of 2015, in particular because it considers the judicial decisions framed in article 489, 1º.
