In view of the problem of low sulfur fixation efficiency and secondary release of SO2 at high temperature, a new type of high efficiency sulfur fixing agent was developed.A clean briquette with ultra-low SO2 emission was prepared by using the original creation technology of surface porous enrichment technology of sulfur-fixing agent and the corresponding new production technology and equipment matched with it.The sulfur retention rate and thermal test results showed that the sulfur fixation rate was nearly 100%, and the boiler thermal efficiency could reach 78.02% when Ca/S mole ratio was 2 and the combustion temperature was 1100℃, which significantly improved not only the sulfur-fixing performance of briquette but also the thermal efficiency of briquette.Besides, this technology improved the fuel utilization and reduced the emission of SO2 in the process of coal combustion, and realized the purpose of energy-saving and emission-reduction.
