Nasal polyps are mostly referred to as antrochoanal polyps. Polyp arising from sphenoid sinus as such is a rare entity. Radiological investigations include a CT scan of paranasal sinuses and diagnostic nasal endoscopy will confirm the diagnosis. Once the diagnosis is made it should be managed with endoscopic sinus surgery. We present a case of sphenochoanal polyp arising from right side sphenoid sinus.
