YOUNG SPECIALISTS’ COMPETENCES AND COMPETITIVE CAPACITY IN LABOUR MARKET
Abstract
One of the biggest issues that the society is facing currently is employment for young specialists. Most employers want their employees to be experienced while graduates remain out of competition in the labour market for various reasons. The major conclusion here suggests that given the current socio-economic factors graduates’ competitive capacity depends on the degree to which their knowledge and skills match the expectations posed both by the profession itself and by the employer. In view of the mechanisms used to employ people there are also measures proposed that could enhance young experts’ competences and competitive capacity in the labour market.
