Abstract

Management systems of small-scale enterprises in Moscow region are of centralized linear type. Misunderstanding of the need for qualitymanagement operational processes is observed in such business structures. Using correct management systems results in reduction of business costs and increase of business economic efficiency and entrepreneurship social role.
