This study aims to map and analyze the actions of digital inclusion in the federal educational institutions of the state of Paraná in 2020 with the development of emergency remote classes in the context of the Covid – 19 pandemic. Digital inclusion is one of the actions provided for in the National Student Assistance Program (PNAES, in portuguese). For this purpose, bibliographic and documentary research were carried out, having as reference a total of seven documents available on the websites of educational institutions. From the analyzed documents, it was verified that all the institutions surveyed had demands and made possible actions for digital inclusion. The demand for digital inclusion indicates the need for continuous actions, despite the scenario of setbacks in public policies that we experience in the current situation.
