L’évaluation, une nébuleuse ?
Abstract
Evaluation must be considered as a technology of government. We insist about proximity but also distance with other management technics of organization or social agent control. We try a kind of genealogy of evaluation with other historical ways of gouvernementality. Evaluation is rather a government technology of men than a method to conduct organization. His finality is research of subjective consent for a neo-liberal gouvernementality or management who product an illusion of individual liberty in order to make his principals of ruling. Evaluation can, like this, embellish itself with science prestige and product its own professionnals.
