Regulasi emosi pada mahasiswa suku Jawa, suku Banjar, dan suku Bima
Abstract
Emotion regulation is the way individuals process the emotions individuals have, when they feel and how individuals experience or express these emotions. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in the level of emotion regulation between students from the Javanese , Banjar and Bima ethnic . This research is a quantitative deskripstif . The sampling technique used was purposive sampling . These subjects totaling 100 people, divided into 3 categories. The data were taken using a scale of emotion regulation. Analysis of the data using T-score technique, it is known that emotion regulation on student Banjarese higher than the students from the Javanese and students from ethnic Bima. Retrieved porsentase positive emotions Banjarese by 53.3 % and 46.7 % negative emotions. Javanese positive emotions of 50.8 % and 49.2 % of negative emotions, positive emotions while the Bima ethnic rate of 40.9 % and 59.1 % of negative emotions . Bima ethnic Student has the highest negative emotion that is equal to 59.1 % , Javanese 49.2 % of students and 46.7 % of students rate Banjarese .
