The Role of Spiritual Leadership in Organizational Identification

By using spiritual indicators in organization or group, leaders create an internal motivation for themselves and an external motivation for their followers. Spiritual and value – oriented leaders give meaning to the acts and operations of their followers in an organization or group by linking them to their profound internal values. Since finding the organizational identification impacts on the behavior of the organizational members and, as a result, on the performance and achieving the aims. Present paper attempts to study the role of spiritual organizational identification. Statistical population consists of employees of four boroughs in Qom Pedagogy (232 subjects). Data collection method is spiritual leadership questionnaire devised by Fry et al (2005) as well as organizational identification questioner provided by Miller et al (2000). The results of testing research hypotheses indicate that all aspects of spiritual leadership impact on organizational identification. Likewise, studying the status of spiritual leadership aspects organizational identification in Qom Pedagogy indicate that both spiritual leadership and organizational identification enjoy favorable status.
