This article deals with the algoritm of frequency estimation of a spread spectrum signals based on the parametric method of spectrum analysis which allows to improve accuracy of frequency estimation by multiple repetition of the calculation procedure of the autocorrelation function within a limited data length of the signal and with the use of a parametric method of spectrum analysis.
