Carbonate aquifer water resources are important on a global scale. Vulnerability assessment and hazard zonation mapping approach is important in the management of such resources. In the presence of a thin layer of soil above epithelial Karstic aquifers, the polluted recharge water, which is not a devotedly filleted, enters and contaminates the ground wafer. The purpose of this study is to provide an aquifer vulnerability map of the Baqi Neishabour Karstic aquifer using the COP and PaPRIKa models and management approaches to preserve these resources. In Software GIS, parameters on both the set and then combine’s vulnerability maps were obtained for both methods. According to the results of PaPRIKa region in terms of the vulnerability of the three classes is very high, high and medium zoning that respectively 8.9 percent, 63.8 percent and 27.2 percent were taken to area. The results showed that COP index for the study area between 0.5 to 12 variables. So the range in terms of vulnerability to four different categories of zoning, which include: the vulnerability of high, medium, low and very low, respectively 9.8 percent, 50 percent, 25.6 percent and 14.6 percent of the total area in the region.
