Analysis on Rural Land Circulation Subject Interests

Abstract

There are some purpose of this paper, the one is to improve the rural land circulation market, and promote the reasonable transfer of the land norms, the second is reduce bad influence of economic and social stability development because infringement behavior of government departments, the third is to reduce some bad influence because of asymmetric information of rural land transfer such as circulation spontaneous, blindness, arbitrariness and so on. Methods of this paper used is based on the asymmetric information game theory, analyses the land circulation subject interest gaming relation, find out the process of farmland circulation of benefit equilibrium. The result is established rural land circulation interests game model. It is concluded that proposes the measures of strengthen the support and establishment of incentives for land transfer and promote the development of intermediary organizations.
