EVALUASI PENGGUNAAN OBAT ANTIHIPERTENSI PADA PASIEN PREEKLAMPSIA BERAT RAWAT INAP DI RS PKU MUHAMMADIYAH BANTUL PERIODE JANUARI-DESEMBER 2015
Abstract
Preeclampsia was is the desseases which have by pregnant moms with the pregnants more than 20 weeks included proteinuria and one of the death of influences bottom on obstetric. This study aims to know the description of antihypertensive use in patients with severe preeclampsia and to determine the accuaracy of antihypertensive severe preeclampsia in hospitalized PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul hospital January–December 2015 period review of aspects of the right indication, the righ drug, right patient and the right dose of reference standard JNC VII. The type of research included in this type of non experimental research. This study uses observational design with retrospective data collection. Subyek experimental used were patient severe preeclampsia in hospitalized PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul hospital January-december 2015 period and the use of antihypertensive therapy and met the inclusion criteria specified. The result, the severe preeclampsia patients of pregnant moms in PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul hospital get the teraphy of antihypertensive nifedipine for 17 patients (100%). Analysis result that using of drugs antihypertensive there are 17 patients severe preeclampsia hospitalized in PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul hospital January-December 2015 period that analyzed with race standart of JNC VII, obtained 100% the right indication, 100% the right drug, 100% right patients and 100% the right dose. Conclusion the evaluation of the use of antihypertensive drugs in patients with severe preeclampsia in hospitalized PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul hospital from January-December 2015 period at most given that nifedipine , with precise indication of 100 % , the right drug 100 % , right patients 100%, and the right dose 100 %.
