This experimental research, carried out at the Instituto Tecnológico Superior de Guasave, asseses the obtainment of an environmentally friendly bioplastic, as an alternative to polymers of synthetic origin, and with this, to reduce the environmental impacts generated by them. For this, it was considered the lagging potato as a source of starch, in addition to regional nopal and aloe, as a source of mucilage. Glycerin was used as a plasticizer. In order to determine the purity degree of the materials, physicochemical properties were analyzed by the AOAC official methods. Films of 3mm thick per 100mm long were made from different concentration of the materials, an experimental design (DOE) 2^5, with two levels and five independent factors was established; resulting in 32 treatments, with two replicates per treatment. The response variables: odor, appearance, ease of molding and resistance to touch were evaluated qualitatively. From the total of the analyzed samples only 6 treatments (corresponding to 18.75%) met the attributes of touch resistance and ease of molding.
