Pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma is a rare subtype of non-small cell lung cancer typically seen in elderly male patients, accounting for 0.1–0.4% of all lung cancers [1]. We present a case report of a 3-month old boy diagnosed with pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma after presenting to the emergency department with respiratory distress. This is the first reported case of pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma presenting in an infant.
