Los sofistas, Wittgenstein y la argumentación en filosofía
Abstract
In this paper I suggest that an interesting (although rather dim) parallel may be drawn between the sophists' and Wittgenstein's views conceming the role of philosophy. In both cases the systematic approach is rejected and instead the importance of reasoning and argument emphasized. Apart from multiple differences, a crucial one between them is that the sophists aimed at forming linguistic seducers whose main goal would be to persuade their opponents, while Wittgenstein gives a technique to systematically get rid of philosophical puzzles.
