This research analyzes the specificity and potential of cultural networks through a mixed methodology, based on qualitative research, network analysis, and project management tools. The work of cultural agents as active actors and mediators between organizations and cultural groups is highlighted. The first observations show the high level of belonging to multiple external networks of the same actors, which was initially believed to be a risk for the survival of the same network over time. A broader network analysis identified the benefits and positive impacts of network multi-membership, especially in the exchange of information and resources in the shortest time possible.
