In this paper we present the results of teachers working at the Official School Dora Madero, with counseling resources in the days approach to teaching practice, emphasizing the use of intellectual skills in interactive and collaborative work with students performed as well as the attitudes within their school work and academic performance throughout the work process. Recognizing these elements that dominate areas and just as the shortcomings in the school context, to achieve institutional transformation and quality. We used multiple regression tests, descriptive statistics, frequencies and percentages, factor analysis of internal structure and variability of the phenomenon, All possible regression, Multiple Regression, Multivariate selection and a possible graph, Item Analysis.
