Vladimir Lenin’s viewpoint on the intellectual and issues on its development in Vietnam today

Abstract

In the legacy left by V. I. Lenin, his viewpoint of the intellectual plays a very important role. In his opinion, the intellectual plays an essential part in the society. Building a union between the worker and the intellectual helps to ensure the construction of a modern industry which can stand firm in the fight against capitalism. In this article, the writer focuses on the viewpoint of V.I.Lenin on the intellectual and the Vietnamese communist party’s awareness of its role and position as well as policies to developing the intellectual from the reform period to date. In all periods of revolution, the Vietnamese party is always consistent with Marxism and Leninism as well as with Ho Chi Minh thought which are used creatively in particular historical conditions.
