AIM: To evaluate the effects of femtosecond laser in situ keratomileusis(FS-LASIK)on visual quality of myopia with different refractive degrees using the Optical Quality Analysis System(OQAS).METHODS: A total of 65 myopic patients(130 eyes)who received FS-LASIK were collected, which were divided into three groups of low, medium and high myopia. The changes of visual quality parameters before and after surgery were compared by OQAS system.RESULTS:The values of OV100% and MTF cutoff in the low myopia group at 10d after surgery were higher than those in the high myopia group, and the values of OV20% and OV9% were higher than those in the medium and high myopia group(all PPPCONCLUSION:Optical quality decreases in the early period after FS-LASIK for correction of distinct refractive errors, and the visual quality recovery after the operation of low myopia is faster than that of medium and high myopia. The changes of tear film function and visual quality after FS-LASIK were consistent.
