Pelvic abscess as a result of incorrect three-piece implant usage

Abstract

The case presented is a demonstrative example of dangerous complication after penile prothesis implantation. Pelvic abscess with purulent fistula was a result of incorrect three-piece implant usage. Infectious complication was caused by the reservoir of the implant. In the event of such complications is necessary to use the full range of modern methods of radiation diagnosis.
