Objective: This research was conducted to evaluate the time management skills of nursing students. Method: The sample of the cross-sectional, descriptive research consisted of 182 students in the nursing department of the faculty of health sciences of a foundation university in Istanbul. The research data were collected face-to-face between February 2022 and May 2022. A socio-demographic questionnaire and the 'Time Management Questionnaire' developed by Britton and Tesser (1991) were used for the research data. The Turkish validity and reliability of the time management questionnaire was established by Alay and Koçak (2002). The Cronbach Alpha Coefficient Value of the scale is 0.87. In our research, the Cronbach Alpha Coefficient Value is 0.82. Results: The mean score of the 'Time Management Questionnaire' of the nursing students participating in the research was found to be moderate (Mean=82.62; SS=12.17). It was found that there was a statistically significant difference (p<0.05) between the total and sub-dimension scores of the 'Time Management Questionnaire' of nursing students according to grades, gender, income status, scoring of effective use of time, academic average, pandemic period, and the increase in the duration of telephone use in general. A very weak and negative relationship was found between academic average and the total score of the time management questionnaire (r=-0.168; p<0.05) and the time planning dimension (r=-0.199; p<0.05), and a weak and positive relationship was found between the duration of phone use and the total score of the time management questionnaire (r=0.185; p<0.05) and the time planning dimension (r=0.261; p<0.01). Conclusion: Time management of nursing students differs according to grades, gender, effective use of time scores, academic average, and increase in phone usage time.
