Pathophysiological aspects of phospholipid metabolism in rats exposed to acute hypoxia of different etiologies

The aim of the study was to investigate changes in phospholipid metabolism in rats under modeling of hemic, histotoxic and normobaric hypoxia. 480 animals were used, which were divided equally into 16 groups. One group was intact rats. Animals of groups 1, 2 and 3 received black currant extract at a dose of 100 mg/kg wt. for a week before hypoxia modeling; animals of groups 4, 5 and 6 received medicinal raspberry extract during the same period and at the same dose; animals of groups 7,8 and 9 received cytochrome C; animals of groups 10, 11 and 12 received a mixture of black currant and medicinal raspberry extracts at a ratio of 1: 1 in a dose of 200 mg/kg of weight, and animals of groups 13, 14 and 15 - control, which received distilled water according to a similar scheme in an equivalent volume. It was found that under the studied hypoxia disorders of phospholipid metabolism develop rapidly, characterized by a decrease in the proportion of total phospholipids, an increase in the concentration of LPH, a decrease in the level of the main fractions of phospholipids PHH and an increase in PHEA, indicating an increase in phospholipase activity in tissues.
