Integrated medical and nursing ward rounds in the rehabilitation of cerebrovascular disease: A case report (脑病康复科医护一体化查房护理体会)

Abstract

This paper summarized the practice of integrated medical and nursing ward rounds in a patient with cerebrovascular disease. A ward rounds team was established to evaluate the patient’s condition. Key issues and potential risks observed in the wards rounds were analyzed, and effective treatment and high-quality nursing plan was made to improve the early recovery of the patient. (本文总结脑病康复科医护一体化查房护理经验。首先组建查房团队, 评估患者情况, 对查房期间遇到的疑点、难点进行探讨, 制订安全有效的治疗及优质护理方案, 以促进患者早日康复。)
