Our article focuses on the feminist discourse which handles History to take position against marginalization and imprisonment of women in the corporeality. On the occasion of 50th anniversary of the independence of Algeria, Laila Hamoutene takes over its feather to revitalize the past of its country. In a narrative tangling, and through female voices, the novelist embraces the key instants of Algerian History: colonization, war of liberation, black decade. The originality of this novel is the feminine object, a shawl inherited from a generation to another, the role of which is to transmit the single and collective history of the different women who had it. The object is an anthropomorphic figure which makes a historical crossing to manifest numerous acts of violence which slaughtered Algeria and, at the same time, women's position in society. Our objective is to demonstrate scriptural subversion of history rewriting at Hamoutene.
