O público e o privado na educação brasileira: inovações e tendências a partir dos anos de 1980
Abstract
This paper approaches the relation between public and private in contemporany policy of basic education. It takes as reference the reform of the brazilian State and seek characterize it as a transicion from one form of burocratic regulation, stronlgy centralized to a hybrid form of regulation that congregate state control with discentalized strategies, autonomy and self-regulation of education stages and of the school institucions. Given this scenario the text identify the way how new public and private spaces are reshaped in the basic brazilian education. And analisys follows in time with centralization and discentralization process (administrative, fanancing and pedagogical) that characterize the educational policy of the 90’s.
