La crítica de la colonialidad del poder en cuestión: Dilemas, obstáculos epistemológicos y horizontes problemáticos

Abstract

This current contribution proposes a theoretical evaluation of the Critical Theory of Coloniality of Power. Once the theoretical architecture of this research program is reconstructed, analytical focus places on its diagnostic elaboration and programmatic alternative, its epistemic/epistemological proposal of a non-Eurocentric knowledge and its central category of “coloniality of power”. A main hypothesis is suggested, this critical theory presents a set of problems as programmatic dilemmas in its diagnosis and alternative, epistemological obstacles in its proposal of a non-Eurocentric knowledge and problematic horizons in its unit of analysis. For reconstruction and analysis, the systematic perspective of research programmes is assumed.
