Abstract

The development of technology has led to the emergence of legal issues related to the rights and regulations of the use of content in computer technology. The legal framework for intellectual property has evolved as software has moved from being viewed as an idea or algorithm to a tangible process or machine. In this context, two opposing currents emerged: one believes that intellectual property is crucial for society and the economy, while the other denies the existence of intellectual property and advocates the impossibility of possessing knowledge.
