<em>N</em>-(3,4-Dimethoxyphenyl)-4-oxo-2,3,7-triazaspiro[4.5]dec-1-ene-1-carboxamide Hydrochloride

Abstract

A simple and novel route for synthesis of new spirocyclic amide derivative is developed. The present work involves the oxidative cleavage of <em>tert</em>-butyl 1-(furan-2-yl)-4-oxo-2,3,7-triazaspiro[4.5]dec-1-ene-7-carboxylate <strong>1</strong> followed by the amine coupling and deprotection of Boc.
