Perspectives and approaches to the phenomenon of corruption

Abstract

This article reflects a joint effort of the authors to address the problem of corruption not only from the traditional legal-political perspective, but also from the philosophical and ethical perspectives in order to holistically address this problem that affects not only the functioning of the State but also of society. In this sense, the article is the product of an analysis of specialized literature that enabled the drafting of conclusions according to what the detailed review of the texts showed.
