Abstract

The article substantiates the hypothesis that the compliance with the provisions of the Kyoto Protocol must play the decisive role in acceleration of recovery from the economic recession.В статье обосновывается гипотеза о том, что решающую роль в ускорении выхода из мирового экономического кризиса должно сыграть выполнение условий Киотского протокола.
