Abstract

In the interview sent to Diacronie. Studi di Storia contemporanea on 26th August 2016, the constitutionalist Salvatore Bonfiglio analyzes the operating principles of the Italian institutional system from a comparative point of view between the adopted solutions in the constituent Assembly and their counterpart in other countries, examining the attempts of modification of the Italian constitutional system that have been followed through the years up to the last constitutional reform.
