The proposal of this research is centered in the reflection on the importance given to the reading of literary texts not in the constitution of the subject of the education. Therefore, the writing of this is fruit of readings, researches and several dialogues on the process of the reading, one of the instances of constitution of the subject. Theoretically, the work is based in Bakhtin, Orlandi and Freire, and other, like Bettelheim. Based on this study, he/she intends another glance on the reading and the importance of the texts, I dont just eat apathetic reading, of decoding, but readings of (reverse) significance, of production of sense effects for the life and the subjects constitution.
