The features of technical preparedness of athletes in a relay-race.

Abstract

Considered the questions about perfection of technical skills of athletes in relay race 4х100 m. In research taken part 10 sportsmen in age 18-19 years. Based on data analysis advanced coaching experience in the preparation of relay race teams that have been developed informative criteria estimate of technical preparations sportsman in relay race. Shown that the use of these criteria of assessing technical skills of athletes allowed to qualitatively assess effectiveness of training and competitive process in the annual cycle of preparation.
