The genome sequence of the springtail Allacma fusca (Linnaeus, 1758) [version 1; peer review: 2 approved, 1 approved with reservations]
Abstract
We present a genome assembly from an individual male Allacma fusca (the springtail; Arthropoda; Collembola; Symphypleona; Sminthuridae). The genome sequence is 392.8 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 6 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the X1 and X2 sex chromosomes. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 14.94 kilobases in length.
