Improvement of the organization of Federal contract system of purchases
Abstract
In article questions and problems of a choice of reliable commercial partners are considered at implementation of purchases for the state and municipal structures of the goods and products, services and works. Offers on procedures, methods and approaches of carrying out purchases, tenders and competitions on acquisition of the goods, and products, performance of services and works at the expense of budgetary funds are analysed and made. Advantages and advantages of Federal contract system are considered also.
