Objective to analyze the genesis dynamics and prospects of destructive processes in the global community of the twentyfirst century. Methods the problem is considered in the form of narrative descript political philosophy using scenariopsychological approach hermeneutic methods of comparative studies and specific analysis of complex selforganizing systems selforganizing criticality. Results the pattern was defined of the genesis of quasisovereign postcolonial territories as quottraumatic inclusionsquot structurally unable to fit into the global civilization text the sociocultural trend was identified towards the quotculture of deathquot and the associated strategic risks were listed. Scientific novelty we analyzed the secondary process of deconstruction of postImperial continental massifs as one of the sources of high risks for civilization when passing the postindustrial barrier described the probability of extending the range of secular and postsecular destructive ideological alternatives that could serve as an incentive for terrorist activity. Practical value the findings and provisions of the article are applicable in research and educational practice for the assessment of global risks of civilization for understanding the genesis and prospects of the current world order and for development of methods to resist the negative trends and processes associated with new forms of terrorist activities. nbsp
