Abstract

Objective to analyze the genesis dynamics and prospects of destructive processes in the global community of the twentyfirst century. Methods the problem is considered in the form of narrative descript political philosophy using scenariopsychological approach hermeneutic methods of comparative studies and specific analysis of complex selforganizing systems selforganizing criticality. Scientific novelty we analyzed the secondary process of deconstruction of postImperial continental massifs as one of the sources of high risks for civilization when passing the postindustrial barrier described the probability of extending the range of secular and postsecular destructive ideological alternatives that could serve as an incentive for terrorist activity.
